When‘REPLACEBATTERY’appearsonthedisplay,replacetheeight(8)1.5V‘C’Alkaline

batteries.



1. Ensurethatthemeterispowereddownandthatthetestleadsarenotconnected

2. Closetheinstrumentcoverandturntheinstrumentupsidedown

3. Removethescrewlocatedonthebottomofthemeter

4. Removethebatterycompartmentcover

5. Replacetheeightbatteriesensuringproperpolarity

6. Affixtherearcoverandsecuretherearscrew



Neverdisposeofusedbatteriesorrechargeablebatteriesinhouseholdwaste.

As consumers, users are legally required to take used batteries to appropriate

collection sites, the retail store where the batteries were purchased, or wherever

batteriesaresold.
